The derp operation that was set up/talked about in the London Hotel (forget the name now) and photographed was LIVE before Trump's announcement. They knew he would announce, and set up the set up, including (best guess) tapping Trump Tower (TT).

Derp hotel in London is the Corinthia. When it was dropped a few weeks back, I clicked around on the web searching for info on it. I’m still getting Corinthia pop up ads.
So Q is trying to let us know that the black hats were illegally spying on Trump, a private citizen who hadn’t even announced his candidacy yet, in 2015.
Hilliary, Huma, and the Awans set things up so the Chinese could see all the classified info being sent to her servers.
