I think Q is saying here that the Trumpster was "recruited" at the time that the Freedom Caucus was formed. And together they were part of THE PLAN.
I'm pretty sure he's not saying Trump was recruited BY the Freedom Caucus, but I could be wrong.
I think the "recruiters" are who we always thought they were. A few high level intel and Military people. I think they probably put together both the Trump candidacy AND the Freedom Caucus.
Are Jordan and Meadows dialed into the plan? Remember how aggressive Jordan is and how the derps tried to take him out with a fake sex scandal.

That makes more sense than the Q post and very plausible.
Or, how about this? Jordan and Meadows were among those who thought Trump might be just the man the White House needed? Were they instrumental in convincing Trump to run (Forestt, run!)
