My reaction to Q2912 follows:

uh - sigh - wha..... come’on.... I thought the 18:45 timeframe was when the day ticked over... unh....he’s already on [-18] and I didn’t have that coming up till 18:45 tonight.....oh maaaaaannnnn

sigh.....apologies to everyone it appears my tracking has been off. I will now assume the rollover is at midnight so we are in day [-18]. This also means that zero hour is midnight on the night of Sunday, March 18 instead of 18:45 Monday, March 19.
