Thanks Melian. Interesting to read the reaction to this news on the other threads. Some disappointment (that's understandable) but quite a few recognize this is straight out of The Art of the Deal. Thankfully it's not all wailing and gnashing of teeth.

It isn't supposed to happen at a presidential summit meeting. Things are supposed to be worked out before hand. Sounds like their Dear Leader must have presented a fresh demand and our Dear Leader said
