If Donald Trump wanted to pay off a nuisance claim during his campaign to spare himself the grief of dealing with Stormy Daniels...that's his entirely legal, understandable and justified prerogative.
Also note, Cohen said he was paid by DJT with a personal check. Not a campaign check. That kind of kills the campaign finance angle doesn't it?
