Why?
Yes, because Petreaus dropped more than pants, but Top Secret classified info to Tootsie in EXACTLY the same manner as Hillary & Huma passed around and that Sidney Blumenthal gangster and mule for Hillary.
Even Tootsie had a clearance for classified material, but only up to certain grade of clearance. NOT “TOP SECRET”, however.
Hillary was Petreaus in spades, passing it around like a lunch menu with staffers and open cell phones. Remember in Pakistan or China, I think it was, that Classified phone or material was left on the PLANE.
