AXIOS reported an interview with Alan D., in December.
Alan maintains he has heard from Epstein only a couple of times (since that initial Miami trial where Epstein escaped with a hand slap) but has not seen or communicated with Epstein socially or otherwise since commissioned to represent him as a Defense attorney.
Alan D was offered the use of a house on the island and with his wife, his kids and a granddaughter they flew down. He said they all booked massages and that his masseuse was a Russian lady in her forties and he wore underwear.
It was a defamation case that Alan D pursued over tales and accusations from a former Epstein gal, engaged in what sounded like a shake down for money.
He categorically denied it as made up whole cloth, for money. In court, when other female witnesses (who were suing against Epstein) were cross examined about whether Alan D knew of Epsteins use of young girls and minors, they did Not testify against him, but instead took the Fifth.
David Boies represented the One witness against Alan. There was no proof, and Alan suffered no charges. Boies was the GORE attorney in the FLORIDA recount in the 2000 Bush-Gore presidential election & on to the Supreme Court.
great synopsis. reads like a fix was in ? thanks.
