I'm just going to suggest that maybe I'm not the only one can't seem to sleep the past few weeks.
I don't have a damn clue either.
Now that’s odd, because I’ve had years of insomnia and only recently this past week have actually been sleeping at normal times and getting a full night’s sleep.
It’s a relief to have a more normal schedule for a change. I am going to enjoy it while it lasts - rarely does for longer than a couple of weeks.
Dr. says I have a rhythm syndrome that throws everything off-so my body doesn’t track on a 24 hr. time schedule.
