i dunno and, i am no IP, DNS or HTTP guru, but i could imagine that the base IP address I gave contains a redirect-style hyperlink to http://209.157.64.200/tag/*/index as a vendor supplied user convenience shortcut to the most popular page.

the forum page for FR...I am at the limit of my knowledge - just that if there is DNS issues, the IP address will land you correctly...
