Sadly, we Catholics are in for a rough ride. But I still believe in the teachings and that the Holy Spirit is guiding the Church. Our leaders have let us down and have done immense harm. I read a very sad article about Church leaders abusing little deaf children. They were mute and couldn’t tell. Horrific.
I hope the revelations will cause a deep cleansing and purge of bad priests. We will be a leaner, cleaner, and meaner (less politically correct) Church. Faithfulness in this sad time will be a form of martyrdom.
I just want to be with my children and grandchildren in Heaven.
This Pope has decimated our faith. Period.
