Yes, the video has been around a while and I saw it first maybe a year ago. Around the Syria/NoName/spider web stuff. I thought it was Syria at that time.

I had been watching George Webb, before Q. Webb talked a lot about ‘ratlines’ and payment of weapons in those lines via cash, drugs, and humans (organs and slaves) both adults and children.
