Think the high wind played a big part in what burned and didn't burn. My guess is that the strong wind may have blown the flames from the tire away from the handles and body of the wheelbarrow as it burned.

Someone on here posted a link to the Paradise Adopt a Family group on Facebook last November after the fire which I joined and adopted a young family who lost everything, it really is a huge tragedy where many people are falling through the cracks and not getting the help they need.

I agree, many of the Paradise people are falling through the cracks, I really believe the only reason that some of them are still alive is because of your effort and that of community members who have taken the burden upon themselves. I never adopted a family but have given to the work boot fund, have funded gas and food, the basics which people are not getting. Thank you for the kindness you have shown to those in need.
