I weigh exactly what I weighed when playing college baseball at 19. I’m 5’9 and weighed 168 this morning, I will admit that my waist is 4 inches larger than in my athletic days, and I don’t bench anywhere close to 300 anymore.
At my weight, I am 3 pounds under the 25 that is considered overweight. I am, however 62 I’ve had my body fat checked for an insurance company and it’s 12-13, so if you’re fairly muscular on top, you can be in exceptional shape and be overweight. Virtually every NFL player will be overweight to obese.
