In a freepmail from an old friend, this morning, and one point regarding sponsors. That program, whatever it may be, will only be activated if DHS (I assume, or whatever other agency is responsible for that sort of thing) decides to use the $ as stated; and “sponsors” can be restricted in whatever way DHS (or whatever agency) says. Like blood relatives, for instance. So.... if the agencies hold off on doing crap in the bill (which has not yet been signed, according to the official gov site), then by September it’s all null and void.

If Trump doesn’t spend the money on some of the seditious legislation like strobe light “beacons” in the Mexico desert to guide would be illegal aliens for this fiscal year budget, which is about 7 months left, the money goes away like Dodo birds.
No money carry over into the next year’s budgets. As in an example as I recall, President Nixon tried to use funds not spent in the current year for the next year’s budget, but lost at the Supreme Court.
So Trump if doesn’t spend money for stupid crap in this budget it all goes away forever. The Dems and RINOs don’t get the illegal alien ‘welcome centers’ and strobe lights in the desert.
If I’m wrong here which I doubt, the Dingbat seditious Dems can impeach Trump over it for not following their dumb orders. Good luck with that. LoL.

As in, ‘whatever happened to the $ for the wall included in the 2006 budget and the 2012? budget?’ Ohumma and W either mismanaged it, stole it, gave it to Solyndra and the derps, or just plain ignored the directive to allow more illegals to enter..
Frankly, I would like to see DJT just go ahead and do what is necessary and forget about the courts. As I posted earlier, I do not see how the courts have jurisdiction in matters of national security; shall a court decide whether we can go to war or not? (If the 'rats have the say about it: YES!)
I would like to see DJT just move ahead with what is needed, and tell the Congress to go ahead and impeach him -- IF they want to face the electorate and explain why a secure border and limits on untold illegals and drugs are of no importance any longer. Congress is comprised mostly of cowardly carpetbaggers who would rather hide and steal than stand and defend some nebulous principle - IMHO.
