Oh, and I think the Q-drop photos were drone shots, not airplane.

Looking at the Q-drop photos, the lights in the cars indicate a pattern or signal.

I don't know the purpose of the sequence other than to show the "target" that they've been "had". Probably captures of cell phone images taken by the "target" while landing.

The elevated rail system IMO is not functional yet. I didn't see a single train the whole length of it. The actual train from town is on the opposite side of the airport (west) our rail system is at the very bottom (east).

A close up of the rail shows the gaps in the lights along the side. Another indication the system is not complete. YMMV...
