I’m going to ask around work to see if there is a resource to find out the passenger list of a particular flight, in this case on China Southern Airlines. I’ll report back. I work for a student travel website (flights and hotels, if you have a college student that travels ping me).

One of the guys at work got back to me. Passenger manifests aren’t published (privacy laws, etc), we’d have to find someone that works for Shina Southern Air to get it.
