My greater concern is for the man who did the punching and the men who egged them on. I can’t think of anything much more that destroys the best in a man. I hate what our military has become.
It has become a place where delusional women are convinced that they can run with the big dogs, and then get upset when reality destroys their fantasy. Don't blame the man who introduced her to reality. He may have saved her life. She'll proceed through her military career with a more realistic understanding of her capabilities. OTOH, he refrained from killing her. He also refrained from capturing her, torturing her, raping her, and having all his buddies rape her. I mention that last, because the current enemy are mohammedans and they do that sort of thing.
I wonder: do you know why we have an Army (etc.)? Do you know what their function is?
