I don’t believe that. I don’t believe that one bit. I believe there IS a country undermining and upending but I believe it’s China, not Russia. I don’t think Russia has internationalist designs like the Chinks do, not by a long shot. It’s all like going after the KKK—chasing ghosts to avoid facing reality.
If there are connections between conservative Christian and Russian groups, I would suggest that this is because the Orthodox church has been permitted to flourish, and it is an inherently conservative institution.
Most likely it is just nothing more than the home schooling industry trying to extend their market. Occam’s razor.

Unfortunately, once the Russian Orthodox Church again became the de facto state church, Evangelical church groups in Russia found themselves again on the outside, looking in, and open to repression.
