There’s something so wonderful about old vinyls. I’m inheriting our old office and planning to bring back the old stereo system and put in recliners to listen to old vinyl memories again. Very exciting.
Scratches, pops and skips add character (but not value -womp,womp-)
Brings to mind the old 8-track platform.
Right in the middle of a song, the volume would go down and then !THUNK-THUNK!. The volume would go back up and the song would continue.
That sounds great. I can’t get over the prices of these new vinyl albums. People would be better off to buy vintage originals in good condition.
