I cannot for the life of me find the usual information for Rosemary Children’s Services or Victor Treatment Centers.

I cannot find a list of the Board of Directors.

I thought that was very odd.

But maybe my Q fu and google fu is too weak.

But again, this could be a coincidence and an overreach....

If fires were done to destroy evidence it would certainly be beyond the pale...

I had to quit because I got tired, my tiny little brain hurt and my right eye was strained to the point I couldn’t see out of it and a migraine was trying to form in it. I had to stop reading and rest.
