While some may be exempt, I can attest that straight military transport is not. We had all our bags opened and inspected prior to departure from Oki, and had to clear Customs in Anchorage while our freedom bird was refueled.

Living alone, relatives dead, church folks often as much of a problem as a blessing, life-long 'strange' bird, I can feel very isolated.
Have had more rejection than almost anyone I know--too often for no discernible reason. And when folks refuse to disclose their reasons for the rejection--there's nothing I can do.
If I know--I can say--OK, I can change this, not change that, that's off the wall, this is reasonable, that's not. But when a kind of cruel silence is all I get--it can be very hard for me to deal with. My flaw, I know. Just the way I seem to be made. Thanks for your kind note.
