Did you watch the video? This guy was surrounded by screaming teens (at least they looked like teens) that appeared to be taking turns coming after him. The one he finally smacked looked closer to 16 than 11 to me. When you are under physical assault, are you now required to check IDs to verify age before defending yourself?

Would like to know the full story here - how the guy came to be in that situation. Of course, that is unlikely to be revealed as it is much easier to make the white guy a villain who in your words "needs to be locked away for a long time."
