Dave Janda includes John Kerry in his list of those who have not been heard from “since December 22nd or earlier.”

He specifically named:
John Podesta, George W. Bush, John Brennan, John Kerry, and Joe Biden [He later on mentions Clapper]

John Brennan was tweeting yesterday. His tweets created an entire news story in The Hill:

Brennan calls on Congress to end shutdown before negotiating border security: Not 'subservient' to the president

John Kerry was in New Orleans Jan. 4. commented on the Muslim rep who said "We're going to impeach the MF" , as reported in this article in the New Orleans Times-Picayune dated Jan 5.

John Kerry on profane call for President Trump’s impeachment: ‘Unfortunate’

Former Secretary of State John Kerry took in a brass band performance at Bullet’s Sports Bar in New Orleans' 7th Ward on Friday night (Jan. 4). And he took one question on national politics involving President Donald Trump: Is there a place for profanity in politics?

George W. Bush celebrated New Years Eve with his extended family, and they took some funny pictures that were shared with People Magazine in an extended interview with the twins.

Joe Biden, on Jan 5, was interviewed and quoted on the shutdown in this article in the Washington Examiner:

Biden blames ‘the conservative blonde woman’ for shutdown.

A 13 second video snip is included in the article, which looks like it was shot in a building lobby.

James Clapper was on CNN on Jan. 4 where he, as you would expect, attacked President Trump. There is an extended video clip at the bottom of this article from Raw Story.

Trump battered by James Clapper for getting played by North Korea: ‘Kim Jong-Un is in the driver’s seat’

I could not find any recent sightings of John Podesta..

Dave Janda is simply wrong. His claim is so obviously wrong that one must assume he's not even trying to verify the claims he's making - he's just tossing them out there for people to gobble up as true.

Gullible people who don't check things on their own. A little bit of effort finds video of several of these people well after Dec. 22.

I hope he quits making these sorts of statements soon, it's ruining his credibility. Personally I will no longer use him as a source.

To Jack Black:
Thanks for the data.

However, are we sure it is actually THEM tweeting, or have their accounts been taken over by white hats, as mbrfl and others have suggested?

He/she is correct in asserting that we need to collect data of last positive SIGHTINGS.

However, if the only data we have is tweets, then we will collect that data, with the proviso that it is not proof of life/freedom in society.
