As any freeper who reads my college football posts knows, I have been calling this kid "Sunshine" from Day 1. What a performance!!! This guy unless something catastrophic happens is a lock to be the number 1 pick in the NFL 2021 draft.

The Alabama defenders after the game called him a 50/50 quarterback at best and gave most of the credit to the receivers who had to make good plays to catch his passes.

Is this written in English? Or is it an English knock off?

He will never make it out of college. Unless he goes for three Heisman’s.

I watched him spank my kids team one occasion. Stands were filled in Cartersville and was standing room only. He puts on a good show with his talent.

I’m a Bama fan, (and Bears too). Not a great last couple days for me.

I think it’s deplorable for these exceptional college players to join the NFL early. Why not stay the four years at your college, help them win, and gain the experience before going to the NFL where young QBs usually crash and burn?

Tua, and even Jalen Hurts should remain another year, and for sure this guy Lawrence. What do you gain by joining the NFL when you can be a legend at your college forever.

"This guy unless something catastrophic happens is a lock to be the number 1 pick in the NFL 2021 draft. "

And also a lock for the 2019 and 2020 Heisman trophy. I mean, think about the fact that this kid is 19 years old. At 19, I was a Marine L/Cpl concerned about how much I could drink (yes, it was legal because I was stationed in Hawaii). This guy is winning National Championships!! He is indeed something special. He'll only get better, it's scary.

“He looks like an NFL quarterback,” texted one scout on Monday night, “right now.”

You know as well as I do that the NFL is littered with QBs that looked like NFL quarterbacks in college and were busts in the pros. Only time will tell.

At 6’6” and 215 pounds, a lot has to happen before he is ready to be taken that high in the draft. NFL linebackers would break him like a pretzel. That said, he played a fantastic game and seems like a great kid.

The throw left Trevor Lawrence’s hand at the Clemson 12-yard line.....

That was a hard throw and had to hurt!
