After eight years, CBS News President David Rhodes is stepping down and will be replaced by CBS News executive Susan Zirinsky.

“It’s been eight incredible years since I joined @CBS. I’m pleased to announce that I’ll soon be handing the reins @CBSNews to Susan Zirinsky, our Senior Executive Producer,” Rhodes announced Sunday night.

I don’t think I have enough detail on how it’s constructed to be able to say for sure.

To me I would think that a rope and bare feet would provide enough to scale and get over - similar to how loggers climb a tree but without spikes. I say bear feet, because personally I think you can possibly get more traction/gripping - but some types of footwear might work.

It would take a lot of work/skill though and only strong people would be able to do it.

Depending on the design the slats may be too wide/thick to allow for it - which is why I said I wasn’t sure of the detail.
