There's a concrete dome in Rome . . . from Roman times. I don't think they do much, if any maintenance on it. It has a central occulus open to the sky. So it gets weather. It's one of the strongest concrete structures on the planet, IIRC.

IIRC, the bridges require lot os painting maintenance.
