Other than a hat tip to Captain Obvious, I will only note that I have been pretty much constantly on my own private DEFCON2 at least since the night ObamaCare got jammed up our...noses. (Along with a "few" of my neighbors out here in the hills.)

If that plot gets carried out or even begun in earnest, it just ain't going to be a happy situation.

I believe there is an act somewhere that gives the president powers during a National Emergency that can’t be overridden. Or not overridden easily. I wish I remember where I read that. It said something about it’s necessary that the president be able to make unilateral decisions in a situation like that.

Of course an activist judge will overrule it. And the Supreme Court will likely fast track it. I wish he would wait until Buzzy is gone, because we can’t trust what Roberts will do.

In that case, President Trump should just ignore any judge’s orders that countermand his.

The Judiciary does not have the responsibility to defend the country.

If they try to usurp the President’s power, he can ignore them and say it is a separation of powers issue.

Like Andrew Jackson said to Chief Justice Marshall “He has made his ruling; now let him enforce it.”
