Imagine a chair is set in the middle of a large room. There are two Marines standing behind the chair.

Now imagine the POTUS is sitting in the chair..visually, what would you say the marines are doing? Protecting or guarding?

Imagine the same chair, the same Marines, but an MS13 member is sitting in the chair..visually, what would you say the Marines are doing? Protecting or guarding?

Thought about that and keep coming back to the realization that if it were me, and I’d seen Pence frequently recently, I might think it would be okay to not twist awkwardly in my chair in front of dozens of cameras and concentrate on the people that I see infrequently and can look more comfortable while greeting. He knows the camera is ALWAYS looking for his bad and awkward moments.

Looking for Trump’s good photographs, I’m shocked at how many bad photographs are put out there. It’s as though they know there’s a never ending market for ugly photos of Trump.

I’ve heard Pence described as a personal friend of the Bush family, and seen a photo of Pence and Bush photographed with their wives. It was an early picture - perhaps in the first months of Bush’s presidency (early 2001).

I have thought that the MIL spending bill would be used to cover the wall and that the current strife with the Democrats refusal is to highlight DEMS unwillingness to commit funds to a wall which many Americans want. And what manager wouldn’t want to at least see if they could get money for the wall? :/
