Again for the millionth time, the only reason he doesn’t have 51 votes is because he isn’t vigorously pushing anyone to vote for the budget. If he demanded people vote for the budget, he could get there. But he isn’t really trying.

You are incredibly ignorant. Senators have their own constituency. They don't answer to anyone but their own voters. If they don't sense their own voters demanding it, they won't do it.

All he has to do is vigorously push them. Senators like Collins will never vote to do away with the nuclear option and she does not respond to pressure and neither do the others. Your outrage may be real, but you offer a nonsolution.
