The Supreme Court on Sunday issued a temporary halt to contempt charges brought against a mysterious foreign company. The company was having a fight over a mysterious grand jury subpoena related to the Mueller probe.

On Saturday, the foreign company filed a formal application with the Supreme Court asking them to review the case, the Washington Times reported. An Appellate Court previously ruled that the company must comply with the subpoena or they’d be held in contempt. For every week that they were held in contempt they would have to pay $5,000.

According to legal expert Steve Vladeck, this might be the first Supreme Court case that would be sealed:
