More than 220 dead as tsunami strikes Indonesia: Giant wave wipes out pop concert killing two band members as hundreds are injured and villages destroyed after Krakatoa volcano erupts
Indonesia’s Disaster Mitigation Agency said at least 220 people have been confirmed killed in the tsunami
800 more people have been injured after the wave hit beaches around the Sunda Strait and 30 are missing
It is believed the wave was caused by seismic activity from the volcanic eruption on nearby Krakatoa
Pilots operating in the region have been warned about a volcanic ash cloud spreading from the eruption site
Boy band Seventeen were performing when the tsunami struck killing two members and two crew
Lead singer Riefian ‘Ifan’ Fajarsyah survived and the band’s drummer is missing along with a member’s wife
At least 220 people have been killed and 800 injured after a tsunami struck beaches in Indonesia overnight.
A further 30 people are still missing after a volcanic eruption caused a deadly wave to crash over a pop concert where band Seventeen were playing on Saturday evening, sending people fleeing for their lives. Two members of the band have been confirmed dead, along with the road manager and a crew member while the drummer is missing.
The 20 foot high wave hit beaches around the Sunda Strait, between the islands of Java and Sumatra at about 9.30pm local time, destroying 430 houses, nine hotels and 10 ships.
Scientists say the tsunami was probably caused by the eruption of Anak Krakatau, a volcanic island formed over years from the nearby Krakatau volcano. The Meteorology and Geophysics agency also said tidal waves may have been strengthened by the full moon.

Hundreds Of Birds Dead During 5G Experiment In The Hague, Netherlands
About a week ago at The Hague, many birds died spontaneously, falling dead in a park. You likely haven’t heard a lot about this because it seems keeping it quiet was the plan all along. However, when about 150 more suddenly died – bringing the death toll to 297 – some started to take notice.
And if you are looking around that park you might have seen what is on the corner of the roof across the street from where they died: a new 5G mast, where they had done a test, in connection with the Dutch railway station, to see how large the range was and whether no harmful equipment would occur on and around the station. And harm happened, indeed. Immediately afterward, birds fell dead from the trees. And the nearby ducks that were swimming seemed to react very oddly as well; they were simultaneously putting their heads underwater to escape the radiation while others flew away, landing on the street or in the canal.
You have to wonder if any humans experienced ill effects, or if humans were questioned as part of the test.
It ought to be noted that one GHz (Gigahertz) is ONE BILLION oscillations of energy per second; now multiply that by 7.40 GHz. What do you get? No wonder the poor birds probably died from heart failure!
