Certainly the fact of “No Leaks”, whatsoever, from Huber or Horowitz gave me pause, meaning that phenomenon would be explained, IF, there was no pursuit happening and no interviews going on. A little scary, admittedly.

That does make perfect sense around hard evidence. The only other incentive I can think of, for questioning targets, is poking around to induce them to implicate others, widening the noose, to collect witness statements. Still, it all goes back to... if they have it all..
