In spite of the fact that USGS called it a Chemical Explosion (as seen in the link above), Bitt has posted some info disclaiming it as being part of blasting/construction.
Although, additional commenters beneath that article have stated that the construction was supposedly already finished.
Anyway it’s a dead issue for me at this point. Thanks.
