I don’t recall hearing that the server was retrieved in Benghazi, but rather that her emails regarding that attack were retrieved.

Yes, SAP stands for Special Access Programs.
These projects & programs are highly classified, and the info within them are extremely restricted.
Letting SAP info reside on an unsecure server, outside of a secure facility (”SCIF”) is a violation of national security laws, with severe penalties.

“ACCESS”. Thanks. That’s the word I could not decipher. Geeez, your audio or hearing can easily be superior. The Benghazi server thing didn’t even sound plausible! After all, that thing had some miles on it, to Colorado and around the Basement, but Benghazi was a jolt.
