2 black keys are OK but more is not good. Zero is great. One, no problem.

Been trying to learn Moonlight Sonata which as you know uses many of the dreaded black keys.

I used to be able to play the first 2 pages. But after not playing it for a year I have to learn it all again. And the stretching on that song is huge! Ow.
[Oh dear. I know what you are saying about leaving off of playing and practicing - the muscle memory can remain, but it really has to be reminded!]

Yes had a great time at my family’s house. Had a cup of apricot brandy flavored champagne punch. Warmed me up for an hour of playing carols. I hope to have Christmas at my house next year. Time for my mom to be a guest and not work so hard cooking for Christmas dinner.
