Given Roberts recent vote, the Supreme Court is not yet secured. In addition, there were still several appointments to various circuits, that McConnell was working on, but I didn't ever see where that was done yet.
So it might be a while. Next up on the clock looks to be in late February, but since I don't understand that clock very much, I'm not holding my breath.
