I think that Q is pointing out what we already know. That Sean Hannity (SH), Sara Carter (SC), and John Solomon (JS) are a portion of Q's "operation mockingbird" through which he dribbles out drabs of info/disinfo much like the derps do through their media outlets.
As you may have noticed, these three have been steadily leaking insider stuff and portents of things to come. I think the reason they are all three "on stage" is because they are "prepping the stage", and preparing people and media types for things to come.
Sorta like how one would send in bombers to soften up a target before a full-on invasion. Like [D]Day or somethin'.

I remember watching Hannity tell this to SC and JS on his show. What Q left out was that right after, he told them, "I know you do too".
