I'm somewhat understanding of the negativeness. I mean, we've gone pretty much backwards since Ronald Reagan's Presidency, especially the Clinton and Obama years. I'd give the Dubya years a slowing-down rating, but not quite a pause on our leftward slide.
Enter President Trump and people are understandably impatient. I go through spells of "I want it now!" too, but it can't be had that quickly.
I think that progress has been made, slower than many wish, but it's progress. And it needs to be pointed out maybe from time to time.
“I think that progress has been made, slower than many wish, but it’s progress”
The Swamp took decades-maybe even centuries to get in this shape.
It can’t be drained with the efficiency of Roto Rooter drilling out roots, hair and grease in the main.
It will take time and any work will be for naught if every “i” is not dotted and every “t” isn’t crossed.
I’m not too bright but even I can understand something that simple.
