What it does mean is they do have a launch date. We don't know what (T - x) or (Time minus x number of days) is. It's counting down to that date they set. It usually means it's within days not a lot of months.

Historically the start of landing on Normandy started on February 1st 1944 when D-day was June 6 1944.

I'm behind on the thread so I don't know if this is already posted. In the Forbidden City, the Anons note that Mad Hatter and Alice point to....ASSANGE! They base their comment on the fact that a prior drop featured an email from the "Mad Hatter" (Torrey) to Hillary celebrating the arrest of Assange. I'll put the drop below:
