It sounds like these guys have done enough analysis (and have the documentation) to prove the CF was anything but a charitable org.
...wishing I knew more about these kinds of things. Hoping others can shed more light on this. It sounds to me like they have the goods on the CF. So, now that Congress knows what they know (I wonder if they testified to everything they have uncovered), what can happen next?

If I understand the testimony from reading articles, the information has already gone where it needed to-Federal Agencies such as the IRS for further action.
Congress can’t do much ever other than refer to the appropriate agencies for action, but in this case, this group has already taken that action.
