in this drop, what does he mean by saying "Thank you Mr Soros"?? Does he insinuate that DJT will take Soros' money (act of war in funding the invasion/caravan) and use it to build the wall?

My 2 pesos: I believed that Soros funded the Caravan, which triggered the concern for "National Security" which justifies Trump's use of Defense funds to build the wall. Without the Soros funded Caravan, it would have been hard to justify using Defense funds to build the wall. :)
