She didn’t change, the photos have been played with. Check Pence’s tie and the arrangement on the mantle. Trump’s tie changes too.

Look at who else is in the photo and where reporters are standing. I think the red suit photo is the result of the news agency being lazy and just using an old photo for their report.
Or they decided to use one that was more flattering to NP. Truth jettisoned, either way!
Nancy WAS discussing bodily functions at the meeting. Just saying.
