The charge is bs anyway.

But I don’t think statute of limitations is consistent in application. Sometimes they can stop the clock by issuing a “john doe” indictment, naming the real defendant later when identified. I don’t know if that applies here or not.

I just know that there are different circumstances in which that clock can be stopped or started, and it varies by jurisdiction.

In the old days, this trash would have gotten pulled. That aside, The media has convinced themselves they finally have a winning issue. Study Franken and understand what will happen to these people. This shall pass.
