No one has drowned crossing from Fort Frances into International Falls...
Not sure why this is news. This happens a lot around Calexico and Yuma. The routes the illegals take often require crossing the irrigation canals. In the wrong conditions, swift currents and low water levels, that makes climbing out on the other side difficult.
I sense some culpability on the part of the liberal media.

What happened to his girlfriend and the baby? I hope they were arrested and thrown back over or under the wall---their choice.
I've read several stories about Honduran women who recently managed to sneak in past the border fence and without exception, they already have at least 1 kid, some have multiple children, none have a husband, and they started producing kids in their early teens. Yeah--EXACTLY what we need here---illiterate unskilled baby machines to suck up MORE welfare dollars they were never entitled to. If something concrete is not done soon, we will be sucked dry by these human trash.

Must mean he drowned upstream and the current carried him into the U.S....Clearly it was no fault of his own...
IAC, how do they know he drowned at 9:00 PM? Maybe his watch stopped after getting submerged in water...
