Scott Krulcik was found unconscious on the sixth floor of the company's offices in Chelsea at about 9 p.m. Friday. He was pronounced dead by Emergency Medical Service workers.
Police say there were no signs of trauma and the death does not appear to be suspicious. The city medical examiner's office will determine the cause of death.
Krulcik's Linkedin page says he began working at Google in August after serving as an intern in the summer of 2017

A friend of mine died about the same age I think but it was an aneurysm.

Well I don’t. We don’t know anything about him outside of wanting to have a Google reference on his resume, which a lot of people want to have across the ideological spectrum.
I am very sorry about your friend. My wife's mom died at an early age from an aneurysm that burst in her brain.
Many of us are walking around with unknown and undiagnosed potentially fatal medical time bomb inside of us. Every day is a gift.

Not to belabor...but my contempt and loathing are directed at Google, not the boy.
He was nothing to them, as will be millions of others, consumers and employees, fed into the maw of Google, Apple, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram et al. et al et al.
Someone I knew was playing hockey and died of brain aneurysm at 26 on the ice. Paramedics said he was gone before he fell.
He probably got into an argument with a Snowflake.

I have my PhD in a semi-STEM field that attracts a lot of techies as well as people who examine how people use technology. Being an intern at Google would be a dream job for many, as is working at Microsoft, no matter one’s politics.
I knew someone who worked for Google for awhile, learned a lot from the experience, and then moved on (I gather there are a lot of peons at Google and you might do better by going to another company after awhile).
People drop dead. He could have had an aneurysm. He could have had a heart attack brought on by undiagnosed heart problems or too much Monster/Red Bull. Probably not Type 1, as it would probably be mentioned.

There are congenital heart conditions that can lead to sudden death. I know a young man who had that. After playing football in school several years and passing the required physicals with no problems, one day he happened to mention to his mother an occasional symptom he had. His mother was concerned and his PCP sent him to a cardiologist. He was diagnosed with a problem and got the required intervention. It cured the problem and he was well enough to resume playing football. He had had intermittent symptoms his whole life and no one else knew because it was “normal” to him.
Brain aneurysms can be present from birth and can be totally asymptomatic.
Sad. RIP.
