The label "conservative" is hereby outlawed. It has been rendered moot and useless by the derps. The preferred term is "Patriot", and can be applied across party, racial, gender, age, or any line.

Absolutely, positively, 188% agree.

Neocons, never-Trumpers, scumbags like Flake and the Cheap Labor Express all call themselves conservatives. Even Rush pointed out that the term has been usurped and ruined. He also pointed out that weak/inept Republican politicians (prior to Trump) have surrendered the once noble word as a brand, allowing the RATs to attach Fascist, Sexist, Racist etc. without fighting back. I believe he mentioned GWB, McCain and Romney as examples of this surrender.

However, I don't recall Rush making a memorable suggestion for the word's replacement.
