I agree, LJ. You can't successfully pull of an operation like this, one so vast with so many players, without SOME deals along the way.

I think I spotted one recently, reading between the lines.

Q earlier said that Priestap was [REMOVED FROM POWER] and [COOPERATING].

Then he retires upon completing 20 years of government service, enabling him to get his retirement.

Imagine the conversations that allowed THAT to happen.

A DEAL.

I think the NO DEALS will apply to the MAJOR players. Hillary and such.

Is it possible those referals were made to send them to the SD of NY to die? And keep them out of the hands of a US Attorney who might actually prosecute? Not saying this is the case, it just was my first thought when I read that Mueller had made referrals of democrats for the first time.
