My belief is that Cheney has such a look because he’s a dyed-in-the-wool globalist that takes no quarter from anyone and demands absolute submission wherever he can get away with it. I used to think he was a great patriot. Then I learned more about him. The story of what he said on 9/11 still frosts my cookies.

Cheney is a sociopath who takes himself so seriously he’s blind to all possibilities other than self advancement. His worst nightmare, being a dummy and a loser, is now the reality.
