I am so sorry for the loss of your husband ma’am. I understand that freaking out and trying everything while you wait for the ambulance. I’m glad you joined us and shared. There will be many more prayers coming from this group I am certain.

From your post it is clear that you know your dear husband is well off now while you walk thru the loss, pain and grief. I pray that each time those emotions assail you that you are just washed over with that Peace that passes all understanding. May the Lord bathe you in His Mercy.

I too have a dear friend who passed on 4 years ago with whom my husband and I shared research and news of deep state shenanigans. There has not been a day that’s gone by since President Trump was elected that I don’t think of that young man and rejoice that he’s watching all this and already knows the whole truth. He would have loved this too. At this moment I’d like to think that he and your husband are enjoying heaven’s version of a cup of coffee and cackling while watching us all see it play out. (My friend’s laugh was a cackle)

God Bless and don’t be a stranger. There’s plenty of room in the Qanteen here.

Dear KMac1945,

Have struggled to come up with a fitting response for your devastating situation of utter grief. Keep coming up dry. Words fail so easily in such situations.

The book, (Other than Psalms etc.) that has spoken to me most in such trauma times is THE BROKEN WAY by Ann Voskamp. Her prose is so elequent as to equal poetry. And she has lived every word she write.

I've lived enough such many times over to know that what she writes about THE BROKEN WAY is the Gospel Truth. I don't know any other way than through.

There is no running from such. There is no ignoring such. Sometimes we can learn from such--hopefully whenever we find ourselves in that desolate desert.

Yet, often enough, there appears to not be much new to learn. We've traveled so many tortured roads by our ages that most of the lessons available are old hat.

Nevertheless, THE BROKEN WAY is the best I can suggest; the most I can offer. And, there is a redemptive sweetness in its pages that can be exceedingly comforting fostering much needed rest and release.

God's best to you at this time and always.
