Re:Cali fires

Looks like someone is getting serious about pointing a finger at PG&E.

#BDT!

A federal judge supervising the aftermath of PG&E’s San Bruno explosion felony trial wants to know if the embattled utility committed crimes in connection with its operations or maintenance of electricity lines in the area of several Northern California deadly wildfires, including the Camp Fire, according to a new court order issued Wednesday.
The request for information came in connection with a series of wildfires in PG&E’s service territory, including the October 2017 Wine Country wildfires and last month’s Camp Fire, according to multiple orders from U.S. District Court Judge William Alsup.
The judge requested the California attorney general to provide information regarding whether certain PG&E actions in connection with its electricity system could be considered criminal.
“The extent to which, if at all, the reckless operation or maintenance of PG&E power lines would constitute a crime under California law” was the primary area of interest on the part of Judge Alsup in his request to the state prosecutors.
On Nov. 27, Judge Alsup demanded answers from PG&E about its role in multiple fatal Northern California wildfires.
San Francisco-based PG&E was given until Dec. 31 to answer several questions contained in the order from U.S. District Court Judge William Alsup. The state Attorney General was also given until Dec. 31 to file a court brief regarding the situation.

re: Hill, Hussein, who be next???

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
in Notables HRC next
anons who think this have not paid attention to key words HRC has used since Trump's inauguration.
She will be the most troublesome to bring into Military Tribunal and she made it clear for the better part of 2 years! She does her paid speeches and calls herself a civilian or a citizen, or a citizen activist.
(BHO did this a few times early on also but gave up on that)
She was /is signalling her legal argument against a Military Tribunal being used on her. She will fight it all the way to SC. That will delay every other prosecution slightly similar to her situation.
Justice Roberts appointed all of the FISA Judges and recently took the unprecedented step to attack POTUS. He has to go before any Tribunal decision is brought before the SC. He is dirty.
Think back at the primaries. Just before 1 dropped out, they took their best shot at Trump. They did that knowing they were done and trying to help "the cause" Roberts is doing the same exact thing!
We have some that are low hanging fruit that can be put before a Tribunal without question. Take them out 1st and jail their co conspirators. Let the co conspirators fight their death sentence from prison for additional crimes.
Follow the logical path to wrap them all up and out of our way. If anons are looking for a big fish who is also low hanging fruit to be tried in a Military Tribunal, look to BHO being next and 1( of many) of those crimes being Benghazi .
Classified intel can be set out that additionally shows HRC guilt. That presents a unique set of circumstances for our country as a civilian jury of her peers would not be able to hear evidence of classified nature.
Military Court is THE ONLY place to hear that case. But only after BHO was found guilty.
BHO is low hanging fruit for one reason. He is not an American citizen and he is an enemy combatant without any legal questions for the SC to answer once birth certificate was proven in a Military Court.
